I've gotten this a few times and it's always been good but the last two times it was okay. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak had old, hard buns, there was hardly any chicken and no grilled onions. We also got the Loaded Cheesesteak Fries and it barely had any fries in them. So their credit, there was a lot of meat but not enough fries. It was maybe a 3rd full? I thought they might have dumped out in the bag because of how empty the bowl was. I'm really sad if this is the way they are now.

Really disappointed in the quality of my order. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak which says "thinly sliced chicken". I got large chunks of chicken that felt undercooked and rubbery. The hoagie role was stale and not toasted. I also ordered Fries and selected ketchup as my dipping sauce, which I did not receive. Do not recommend and won't be ordering from here ever again.

It was faulty advertisement , literally no cheese and it's not even melted, hardly any fries, it's cold. And just looks not very appetizing. Just slapped fries, steak and cheese into it with no regard of anything. Would not recommend or purchase ever again. It's loaded cheesesteak fries when there is no cheese and hardly any fries like? Could get this anywhere else with infinitely better quality and actually worth the price.

Loaded fries were so dry, theres just melted pieces of cheese and super salty meat on top of dry fries. I ordered a chipotle sandwich and didnt get the chipotle sauce, so the sandwich was also super dry. This is another ihop ghost kitchen, terrible ihop quality food.

the Cheesesteak was good, but what they show in advertising for their fries is disappointing. ait is not a full container of fries. the fires didn't taste stale. They were well cooked.
