Did not provide napkins, ketchup or any condiments. Just poorly wrapped dripping cheesesteak through the thin aluminum paper, and tossed a container of fries in the bag sideways on top of sandwich. For $15 you would think the sandwich would be at least an inch longer. And to charge an extra almost $5 for the side of fries, I think they should just make a combo of sandwich and fries without the drink.

The Buffalo tender fries we're just salty no flavor just salt. There was no ranch either.
The cheesesteak fries were good, but there wasn't much cheese. They should've just called them steak fries.
The cheesesteak itself was alright. There was a tear in the packaging and that part was kinda dried out.
I requested utensils and ketchup with each item and got nothing. Also they gave me no straw for the drink.
Overall I won't be going back.

Ordered the 5 Tenders & Fries and they were pretty decent! The texture was on point, but the way the chicken was battered really didn't make for a decent crunch, which I thought was missing. I also ordered the Donut Dippers, which ended up being a bit of a disappointment — all dough, no cinnamon, with neither of the advertised dipping sauces included in my order. They were airy and fluffy though, so I guess that's cool.
Also a heads-up: Any beverages ordered come from their soda fountain; they're not canned. They were fresh though, so I didn't complain when my Coke and Sprite came through.
7/10, would order again to try their cheesesteaks for the first time... and get a second shot at those Donut Dippers.

Absolute garbage. I paid $15 for Loaded Cheesesteak Fries that came looking nowhere near like the picture and weren't fresh. It's a ghost kitchen, you're paying for rebranded IHOP.
