First time we ordered from this restaurant we ordered a "Double it up" Cheesesteak which is described as being (double the size of a regular Cheesesteak. The order we received was identcal to a regular Cheesesteak with just slightly more toppings. to charge almost $10 more for this and end up being shorted is extremely frustrating. We will chalk it up to a simple oversight but needless to say we will not be ordering from this restaurant again (It's unfortunate becase it was our first experience with them and being from Philly we eat A LOt of Cheesesteaks... The food we did receive was fine, much smaller sandwiches (about 8 in each ) vs Philly's best which is about 12in. Looks like it's Philly's best for our orders moving forward (They're always accurate with orders and the quality is always there) .

Not impressed. Cheese wasn't melted, chicken was in chunks (not thinly sliced like a normal chicken cheesesteak, was also really small for a sandwhich. The fries hardly had any cheese and the meat was dry...

Super unsatisfied to be charged about $15 for this tiny portion for the cheesesteak Loaded Cheesesteak Fries.
It's barely a single person portion, and at that price I'd definitely
Expect sharing size. Especially considering the other item ordered was 2 sandwiches, both larger in size, for $20

Cheesteak was Soggy and disgusting. Absolutely worst thing ive ever eaten and that says a lot. Chicken itself wasnt bad but they dont even make the cheesesteak with buffalo sauce, they send it with the meal and you have to add it. Really disappointed in PMT for advertising this garbage. Came with maybe 15 French fries, not worth the money and overall really horrible experience.
