Wonderful Cheesesteaks and the fries were nice and crispy would order again for sure

This was possibly the worst cheesesteak I've ever had. I accidentally ordered from here when I intended on ordering from another cheesesteak place in a food hall near me that is really good. I'm so disappointed that l ended up with this sandwich. The sandwich was small and sad. It was mostly bread with some cheese whiz. Very little steak in the cheesesteak. What was there, was disgusting. Order this at your own risk. ANYWHERE else that sells cheesesteaks near you makes a better one. I promise you that.

My Cheesesteak was missing all of the cheese. the meat was burnt, dry and almost half the sandwich had no meat.
The Chipotle Cheesesteak came as chicken even though the order was steak. Also half the sandwich had no meat.

Food was not made properly. We got chicken instead of steak. Ordered no onions, got extra onions. Also, missing the cheese sauce that supposedly came on sandwiches. Paid for sides of sauce, didn't receive them. No straws. One cheesesteak was super dry while the other one was so wet it fell apart. Best part of this $40 was the Coca-Cola.😒 Will never be back.

I was very excited to try these cheesesteaks. From the pictures & description, it sounded like an actual classic cheesesteak with cheddar cheese sauce with chopped steak like you get in Philly. What actually came was SteakUm like meat and a piece of white cheese not even completely melted. So disappointed!
