got worried after i ordered because of the facebook reviews, but boy are they wrong! Got a regular cheesesteak and it is fresh and delicious! It is on the smaller side for the price, but the flavor is there.

Normally its alright. But size was so small the Chiptole Manager called and asked for notes. I've seen Chicken Nuggets at macdonalds 2x larger and a cheaped out burrito at Chiptole that look like Double XXL

No idea why they called this "cheese steak". The "cheese" was a slice of UNmelted cheese laid over very poor quality meat. It was also just a 1/4" slice of meat. One piece, the size of the bun.
Definitely won't order from here again

Was dissatisfied there was no seasoning on the steak meat and the fries were cold and not cooked fully.. there was almost no cheese on the sandwich.. wish them the best in there food journey but this is not for me.. I just order the same Philly from "TACE BUDS" DALLAS if anyone is disappointed then they should try them.. they have an awesome menu (TACE BUDS) on harry hines

it's like they gave up halfway on the sandwich nothing was chopped about this chopped cheese they just cut a piece of hamburger meat in half and melted some cheese on it they didn't even put mushrooms on it like I asked no flavor and parts of the bread were hard.
