I thought by ordering the cheesesteak double for $20 it would be 2 cheesesteaks when in fact it was 1.5...missing the second hoagie. The taste was good. The fries looked pitiful. We wanted to try something different but this will be the one & only time we try this place for a $40 pricetag for a large sandwich & very small fries.

Got the Loaded Cheesesteak Fries and Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak - both were not as described, nasty looking and unappealing. I would zero stars if I could. On the loaded fries, the steak was dry, no onions, barely any fries and there wasnt a cheese sauce like described. It was two slices of American cheese just plopped on top. Same story with the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak - no onions with sliced American cheese on top when it was described to have provolone. But I did get a pool of buffalo sauce for my bread to swim in. First and last time eating here.

If I had known this was an IHOP company, I would've never ordered. The cheesesteaks are dry and bland. Our order came with butter and syrup??? But not the requested ketchup.

The sandwiches are a tad smaller than we expected for the price, but the flavor is definitely there.
