this is the second time I've order this item with extra cheese sauce and NO onions and once again the food comes exactly the opposite of my order. with onions and hardly any cheese at all. The fact that you pay extra for the cheese means I got robbed that money.

its in a ihop container!! andsl9ced American cheese.. its looks gross wish I could get my money back

The fries were soggy and you could tell some of them were not kept in the fryer long enough. The chipotle cheesesteak was missing the cheese sauce and chipotle sauce on both sandwiches plus we were missing a sandwich. So because that was missing the cheesesteak on the bread tasted dry and unseasoned. The only saving grace for this place is the lemonade. It tasted good! Thats it. Will not recommend this place to anyone ever. Should've chose charleys at least the order will be right and have all the items listed on the menu on it. Just highly disappointed.
