Had issue with one of the sandwiches and employee was very nice and had it remade no problem. The customer service was great.

Unfortunately, the meat wasn't all the way cooked. It's a quite bland, and I didn't expect such big onion slices. Some are larger than the fries. Also I payed extra for extra cheese buffalo sauce and ranch and received none.

The sandwich is a soggy mess. The ?cheese is processed goop. The photo of the fries shows how skimpy the serving size. I'm from Philly and nobody there would eat this imitation.

Really small portions for overly expensive amount of food sandwich was like 4-5 inches fries were not filled to the top of the container. The sandwich was 20 something bucks while the fries were 16. The food is not bad, but It's not worth the price would not order back again or recommend :/

7 dollars for a handful of fries and a drink. The fries we flavorless and the cheesesteak horrific.
