My dasher was kind enough to be honest to call me to let me know that my bag of food dropped on the counter in the restaurant. He asked if they would take everything out of the original bag and re-bag it but they refused to do it. My ranch sauce spilled out and got on the other items in the bag. The steak cheese fries barely had steak on it for it to be about $20. I was disappointed!

It was a solid Philly and the meat was flavorful, but the there wasn't much meat on the sandwich. It was fresh, but the paper in the containers would stop the fries from getting soggy. I would try it again, probably in person though. Overall-- 7.5/10

Smallest amount of meat. Any sandwich place was a better value than that. Subway is better. But the taste was ok. If you close the bread on the picture all the way and smash it down to where you can't see the meat, that was what we received.

Good flavor but my wife and I both thought the sandwhich could have used more meat. Fries were delicious !

Loaded Cheesesteak Fries tasted freezer burnt and microwaved 10/10 do NOT recommend. The donuts were also terrible. I never leave reviews but this was a big waste of money.
