Loaded Cheesesteak Fries had literally almost no meat. It was like they took a couple slivers of meat from the sandwich to put on the Fries. The meat you see on the Fries is all there was. Underneath was a bunch of onions and cheese sauce. The Cheesesteak sandwich was also mostly onions. Not worth the price getting this from Ruby Tuesday.

The fries are bad almost as if they were allowed to sit out too long and then fried again to correct the mitske. The most disappointing thing, however, was the cheese steak as it's mediocre at best. The cheese sauce consistency seemed like melted cheese and bread mixed together with no real flavor. We ordered two Big Cat Combo meals and not enough ketchup was included also straws weren't included. Just overall a disappointing experience for the price tag and won't be ordering from this establishment again.

The food is very good, but I ordered a combo and didn't receive my drink. The food is fresh. The portion is a good size. I will likely order again at some point. Last time I ordered from here, they included my drink in the Big Cat Combo, so maybe it was just an oversight. Still a little disappointed that my order wasn't complete.

I ordered a cheesesteak and ordered the one that says get two cheesteaks which is a scam because they are tiny for the price you're paying. I recieved two chicken phillys instead of what I ordered and they were horrible. Will never order anything from this place again. Do not buy anything from this place! Not worth the money at all!
