I have no clue why everyone is so upset about onions when it's a cheesecake place and cheesesteaks have tons of onions. I'm giving a 5 stars because I'm a small business owner also but the review that stated that there wasn't much meat is true but the meal was good it is overpriced for what you get so I do believe that there needs to be more of what you order or the cost needs to go down

I specified no onions, and there were so many onions in the loaded cheesesteak fries, I also paid extra for mushrooms and there were 3 small mushrooms on the fries. The meat looked like hamburger meat crumbled, nothing like Philly cheesesteak meat. Very disappointing honestly.
The brownie bites are good though(only reason for 2 stars)

$7 for a small layer of Regular Fries not a bucket. And no hot sauce that I kept telling the girls on the phone to add since I already paid for it. Because you know, you've got to call casa ole to verify your order

We spent $50 on our order. Specified NO ONIONS on the loaded fries. (Came with lots of onions and peppers) ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, added extra cheese and chipotle (did not receive either!) Our fries were very chewy like they had been sitting out for a while! Very disappointed, especially for the price! Also to add: I am reviewing on my account but we ordered through my fiancé's account!!

If you order from here make sure you call casa ole and let them know you placed an order because they rely on having to manually check for new orders and they don't. They don't get automatic updates about orders. By doing this, this will cut your wait time in half and you won't have to risk having your order cancelled. Just a heads up. .....and it's not the greatest food.
