We enjoyed our Big Cat Combos. Nice amount of meat and onions and mushrooms. Our drinks still had ice when delivered. The fries were good, although very cold. They remembered the ketchup but forgot the straws. Over all I think we would try it again! Thank You!

first, I'd like to give a shout-out to my hard-working door-dashers! I'm so grateful for them 🩷
but this food I ordered is awful. sandwiches are soggy and small for the price. the chicken was as dry as a bone and over cooked, and they charged me for dipping sauces they never gave me. uggh... So, I totally get portion control, but don't charge me $40 for this...... I don't like to complain, but I won't be buying from this cheese steak place again.... not recommend and not satisfied

Order the loaded cheese fries, which give the impression that they should be loaded with cheese, steak and fries.. a lot of steak, minimal cheese and great amount of fries. Problem is that it's three different levels because there's not nearly enough cheese.
Chicken tenders were great, wish I actually got the side sauces. I ordered with them, but I had something in my fridge I could at least add to them...
Order arrived on time! That's a plus!

Sandwiches were fine, fries were way over seasoned and the order accuracy was terrible missed all our drinks and sauces. Portions are ok a little light for the price. Don't plan on ordering again based on first impressions.

The meat on the loaded fries was a huge slab, not even chopped up, and my cheesesteak was completely flattened. This is the first time we've ever had this type of issue. Usually our food is prepared with care.
