I absolutely love and enjoy the sandwich, and the bowl option to have fries instead of bread. I can't eat onions, and they make it easy to tell them no to onions. It's a perfect meal for me. I don't understand the lukewarm reviews, but everyone has a different taste palet. It might be worth the chance, and turn out to be a great choice for you.

I ordered a regular cheesesteak and loaded cheesesteak fries, but what I received was not as described. The sandwich was excessively spicy and inedible, and the fries consisted of a small portion with only a minimal amount of cheese and no meat included. As a result, I was unable to eat either item.
I made multiple attempts to contact your establishment the evening of the delivery, but was unable to reach anyone. Given this experience and the lack of response, I do not anticipate returning as a customer.

The cheesesteak was sloppy and not a lot french fries also the bread could have been a little bit more fresher.

Negative Stars! Though it is not advertised as such, this cheesesteak from IHOP is chewy, bland, and full of hard, inedible fat. The bread is also stale. Cheese steaks from IHOP should not exist, but since they do, it should be clearly advertised as such!
