• 10/4/24I've had pardon my cheesesteak from the Hayward location, and they had the traditional thin sliced steak with cheese. However at this location, it was basically pot roast. It was nothing like traditional Philly cheesesteak.The onions were still firm, not caramelized. The sandwich was tiny I was very disappointed.

• 10/11/24Lemonade was fizzy water - need to change cartridge in soda machine. Sandwich is mini - 4.5 inches at most. The french fries were seriously lacking or missing as you can see from the photo how much I was given.

• 7/25/26fries were soggy and not much meat in the entire thing is loaded with more onions then anything else. disappointing Loaded Cheesesteak Fries. and 3 ketchup packets to go with order.

• 7/12/25I paid full price for the Donut Dippersand didn't receive the cream cheese icing or the caramel syrup. The donut holes were fresh and tasty but i feel like there should have been more. The fries weren't bad. Wouldn't order again.
