Sandwiche and fries tasted really good. However I said no onions and they did not follow directions. Also didn't give me my beverage.

Very very bland meal with almost no seasonings whatsoever. The "brownie" is just a chocolate pancake, that tastes awful btw, but the saving grace were the chocolate chips. For a $20 meal that is an extremely small sandwich. And the fries of which I ordered 2 due to one being free because that was the reason I even chose the place. Very floppy fries with no crisp, no decent preparation and just awful quality. For this price you're out of your mind to get something like this. It shouldn't even cost 10 bucks in my opinion. I have definitely had better from any and I mean ANY other fast food sub sandwich/cheesesteak place. I will say that it wasn't cold which I appreciate I guess but this is just sad. Terrible terrible quality for the price.

Is your "Cheese Sauce" just Kraft Singles???
Chicken cheesesteak came with 6 small chunks on it, with the infamous kraft single looking "Cheese Sauce"

I ordered the "double it up" which is described as "two regular sized Cheesesteaks" and yet somehow ended up with one cheeseteak and a bunch of extra meat on the side. I assume the workers don't understand how to read their own menu, which is very sad. taste was good, execution was not.

It's absolutely nothing like how it's advertised. There's only melted sliced cheese on everything, no melted cheese. The onions aren't cooked all the way and definitely not caramelized. The buffalo tender sub was like microwaved Tyson buffalo nuggets. There wasn't any sauce on it. Really it was all gross and went in the trash. I did notice the driver picked it up at IHOP so it's a ghost kitchen. That part really doesn't matter to me but they did a terrible job. I ordered and paid for extra sauce and extra cheese sauce and got neither.
