I am not a big Phili Cheesesteak fan, but I decided to try something different for a change. REALLY glad I did. The basic cheesesteak sandwich was Super and so were the fries. I suspect I will be working my way through their menu for a while ... and enjoying every minute of it!

Sandwich was solid but fries were underwhelming. Spent an extra $2 on sauces and cheese and got nothing more than teaspoon sized drop of cheese and sauce. Sandwich again? Yes. Fries with sauce?Never. Size is also nothing bigger than a medium fries from McDonalds. Would not serve "2-3".

$38.97 FOR THIS?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
We ordered from Pardon My Cheesesteak, and I genuinely cannot believe the garbage we received for nearly $40!
We ordered Buffalo Tender Loaded Fries and a Chicken Cheesesteak with bacon, expecting something that at least remotely resembled the advertised pictures.
What we actually received was an absolute joke.
The “loaded” fries looked like someone dumped a handful of soggy, greasy fries into a plastic container, splashed some sauce on them, and called it a day. Where were the buffalo chicken tenders?! Where were all the toppings shown in the picture? Nothing about these fries looked appetizing or worth $17.98!
Then there was the $17.38 chicken cheesesteak. What a disappointment! A sad-looking sandwich with a sloppy pile of chicken, melted cheese, and bacon. The presentation was absolutely pathetic, especially for the price.
Nearly $40 for two items that looked like they belonged in the trash rather than on someone’s dinner table.
I understand that fast food isn’t going to look exactly like professional advertising photos, but COME ON! There is a massive difference between reasonable expectations and what was actually delivered.
This wasn’t just disappointing. It was a complete waste of money.
Pardon My Cheesesteak should be EMBARRASSED to charge these prices for food that looks like this.
Save yourself the money, the frustration, and the disappointment. Order literally anywhere else.
ZERO STARS if I could. NEVER AGAIN!

if you want the cheesesteak you remember from the mall, this is not it. this is bland bread with a teaspoon of meat. A pub sun is a 5 star meal compared to this. my partner and I denated over whether or not the promised cheese sauce is there. The bread is good. the fries are awful. this made is sad.

Chicken Bacon Ranch CheesesteakCheesesteak bread is stale. sandwich is tiny and barely had any meat. if you love cheesesteaks order from anywhere else.
