I had the Philly fries before and loved them, so this time around I ordered regular Fries and the Cheesesteak sandwich - with sautéed mushrooms and onions, of course. The small fries were a generous portion! And they were crispy and delicious. The sandwich was sooo good - the meat was cooked to perfection, and all the other ingredients were tasty as well. Overall an extremely satisfying meal! It slaps

Ordered the chipotle beef cheesesteak combo. My fries were undercooked and there was maybe 12 total fries in my order. The cheesesteak had slices of cheese barely melted, the beef had 0 flavor not even salted. They forgot my chipotle sauce. I asked for peppers,onions, and mushrooms. There was maybe 2 pepper slices, 5 mushrooms, and barely any onions. Overpriced. Overrated.

I ordered the Buffalo Tender Loaded Fries and they gave me a box of chicken strips snd a box of plain fries. Terrible quality, zero effort put in, and laughably priced. Do not waste your money here, put it into any other chicken place in Salem. Chicken Shack may not be able to bread their chicken competently but they price fairly and won't pull this kind of service.

Worst cheesesteak ive ever had. Zero flavor on the meat. Fries cost $5 but they were soggy with no salt.

forgot a sauce they've already got just waiting in a fridge. if I was paying a reasonable amount for a sandwich with three ingredients on it I wouldn't mind, being that it's 14+ dollars though: 2 stars. beef is just tolerable enough to stomach, bread has no mold. Fries were cardboard-like, but at least fried. Great job? I would think cooking in a nicer atmosphere than a Burger King would heighten one's work ethic, guess not.
