• 7/19/24My order consisted of the Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak, the Chicken Cheesesteak with mushrooms, fries, and Loaded Cheesesteak Fries. We didnt receive the chicken cheesesteak w/mushrooms, instead it was a regular cheesesteak w/mushrooms. Also, the chipotle chicken cheesesteak was made with chunks of unseasoned chicken instead of thinly sliced chicken as described in the menu. I've ordered the chicken cheesesteak 3 times and the first time is the only time they used the thinly sliced chicken.
Having said all of that, the food was delicious all 3 times. The chicken was juicy and cooked well. The cheeseteak sandwich was very tasty. The loaded cheesesteak fries were tasty and you get a nice portion. I will order again (because it's tasty; have I used that word enough? ) with the hope they will be more consistent as they get more established.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak ...chicken pieces are chunks not shredded. bun was soggy from the melted cheese and sauce. Sauce was all over the wrapper.
Overall, it was very delicious 😋

• 9/4/26what a rip off for almost $30 I mean you get like five pieces of chicken it's all fun I am so disappointed I think it's disgusting that they charged as much for such little food and the quality it's disgusting

• 4/12/26Didn't know this came out of the IHOP, I would not have ordered it.
The steak was great but the bun was very poor, it was a hot dog bun and, well, you can't put a cheesesteak on a hot dog bun.
On top of that, no napkins or utensils were provided. If someone is getting Togo or delivery and they are paying extra, I think it's safe to throw a fork and 4 napkins in the bag
