They definitely didn't give me a sub they just gave me 4 Buffalo Tender but it was good so I'm not complaining

This was my 2nd order in as many weeks. I adore the sandwich! It is delicious & well worth the price. However THIS time, they wrapped my cheesesteak in foil that unfortunately has a wax paper lining which stuck to my sandwich. By the time I had separated the sandwich from the wrapper, any of the toppings that over flowed weren't edible and my sandwich was no longer hot. I much preferred the 1st order. The sandwich was in a plastic container with a lid. The fries had waaay too much salt.

The Cheesesteak was alright. The meat was over cooked and the cheese did not have a lot of flavor but I liked the bun. The Regular Fries have a good seasoning. Also, all the food came nicely packaged and it was still hot.

Maybe it's better if you get it directly at restaurant and eat right away? I had mine dashed to a hotel 2 miles away and the Loaded Cheesesteak Fries were cold and mush, unfortunately. Also, the portion was not what I expected and I ordered extra cheese sauce, and there was still barely any cheese. I do imagine though if they were fresh and had a bit more sauce, they would have been great.
As a plus, they did get my customization correct, which is a big deal to me and my stomach. I would not have them dashed again, but would give them a shot straight at the location.

This cheese steak cannot be picked up to eat. The filling is all over the wrapper. I have had parson my cheesesteak in other towns and it was fine, this just shows poor quality and no respect for the customer. I ordered two and they were both this way. Will be asking for a refund.
