• 3/12/26the Loaded Cheesesteak Fries tasted off, the cheese very low quality and the meat ovecooked. the fries themselves were okay. the Cheesesteak itself tasted like a microwave cheeseburger and not at all like a cheesesteak. And don't let the "restaurant" name fool you. Pardonmy Cheesesteak is actually just IHOP selling different low quality food. The packaging and receipt said IHOP very clearly even if the bag (which was NOT sealed) said Pardon My Cheesteak. This was was such a sad experience. At least I could wash it down with my Pepsi Zero.

• 10/28/24The Cheesesteak was phenomenal, however the serving of fries was disappointingly anemic, either because it was undersized or simply an effect of them using a container 5x the order size.

• 6/22/26The menu said 'thinly sliced chicken'. The chicken was not sliced. I received 2 big pieces of chicken breast.

• 9/23/26I had ordered tender loaded fries, but what I got was a box with store bought tenders, buffalo sauce on top and fries on the side. Wouldn't call it loaded and it. Did not look anything like the photo.
Buffalo Tender Loaded Fries
The donut dippers were supposed to come with 2 types of dipping sauces. I only got one, that too was not the one advertised on the menu. The taste was ok
Donut Dippers
Total ripoff. Would not recommend
