I received my order and gave this place 2 stars b/c the fries weren't crinkle cut (as pictured) and it the sandwich didn't have the cheez wiz (as pictured) and although it wasn't what I was expecting based on pictures- it turned out to be really delicious, fresh, and flavorful 👌 seasoned fries and good bread

Way too expensive for what is given. A 6" cheese steak with overcooked and salty meat with not even a handful of soggy fries.

The Cheesesteak looks sloppy and was just thrown in the container. I ordered my Loaded Cheesesteak Fries with no onions but there are onions in it. This is disgusting. Don't think I will order from here again

virtual restaurant. picked up @ ruby Tuesday. Cheesesteak is decent fries are average at best and they didn't have the Donut Dippers I ordered.
I ordered pick up arrived at the time I got the msg that my order should be ready, and waited 20 min for it in the lobby as well.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak was really good, but the fries were cold and stale. And the drink was a tiny kids drink.
