Great flavors portion sizes and options! Pulled pork sandwich has a delicious, sweet BBQ flavor and shredded cheese and bacon are great toppings. The smoked potato salad has nice mild smokey flavor. Cheese nachos are a classic you can't go wrong with them. Banana pudding is a light and refreshing dessert to finish off the meal.

I had the Smoked Loaded Potato with Meat they were out of bacon and substituted it with a cornbread muffin. I am not usually a cornbread muffin kind of guy but it was amazing, still warm. First experience with Parker's and I was impressed.
