just picked up two Beef Koobideh plates and devoured them the second we got home. The beef is delicious and tender. They even allow the option to add extra grilled tomato at no cost. The portions are huge and can even be two meals for some. The gentleman inside even gave us a very generous portion of pita to accompany our meal.
Highly recommend giving them a try. We will be back! Thank you Parmiss.

I just had the beef koobide from Parmiss restaurant, via DoorDash, and it's absolutely amazing and tenderness of the beef exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend trying it through DoorDash for a delightful culinary treat at home

I’ve ordered from this restaurant twice now, and both times have been disappointing due to missing items. The falafel did not come with bread as shown in the advertised picture, nor did it look like the picture. Instead, it was a weird disk that was quite unpleasant. I love falafel, but this was simply not enjoyable.
On a positive note, the Chicken Koobideh was quite good, but overall, my experience has been marred by these repeated issues. I hope the restaurant can improve its service and attention to detail in the future.
