As someone who orders the same thing all the time, it's extremely frustrating when the dish is different every time. absolutely no consistently. i always get Shrimp Scampi. one time it has broccoli in it, another time it has green onions. one time it's delicious an another it's so bland it's like eating cardboard. it's honestly hit or miss if it's any good. one 2 separate occasions, couldn't even order it because "someone forgot to thaw any shrimp" according to the waitress.

Chicken Parmesan Hoagie was just a small chicken sandwich with spaghetti sauce and cheese thought it was going to have at least 2 pieces of chicken like the pictures

The past could have been good, but it was swimming in a tasteless oil. The ranch dressing really lacked dill, which is the main flavor of ranch as any chef knows.

The chicken in the pasta was barely cut and tasteless, the pasta was barely mixed together, the breadsticks are saltier than an entire bag of potato chips, and the lid on my drink must've been defective since it kept spilling Sprite all over me, despite being half ice.
