The pasta was supposed to be penne and it was Alfredo. Some was hard like to stick to the bottom of the pot. Flavor wise it was pretty good. Not traditional marinara, was sweet with hint of bell pepper. Not a big portion though.
The salad was fresh. Had some bacon in it (isn't supposed to which I don't eat) and I got the wrong dressing.

Usually the Blackened Shrimp & Sausage is 5 stars but they burned the sausage so bad it ruined the taste this time.
However it got 4 stars because they took the tails off of the shrimp again. I HATE having to touch shrimp that is part of a pasta dish. Its meant to all be eaten seamlessly.

First of all, Pasta Americana is NOT a restaurant. It's the pasta off Ruby Tuesdays menu. The Shrimp Scampi was oily and the Blackened Chicken Pasta was not good.

i got no grilled chicken very disappointed and a waste of money honestly and barley any Tomato Basil Pasta with Grilled Chicken

This is a misrepresentation for Americana Pasta this is actually from ruby Tuesday which is horrible.
