The restaurant has a good variety of Venezuelan food and good portion size. The cheese they use could be better in order to have it melted when preparing the dishes since all the meals we ordered had the same type of cheese which has a nice taste but doesn't melt. Tequeyoyo was delicious, even though the cheese is not melted. Tequeños [cheese sticks] were good, nice size, but terrible shape for a tequeño. LLanero Patacon was good. Shredded Beef Sweet Plantain Sandwich [OG] was delicious, the only thing is that removing the excess of oil after frying would help taste the dish. Zuliana Cachapa is good, although the same issue with the cheese. Yuca Fries were delicious. The Cheese Empanadas [3 Per Order] were good but deceiving since we expected the typical Venezuelan cornmeal empanadas, not the store bought disks dough empanadas. It was a nice experience overall.

Los tequeños son buenos. Los pastelitos están rellenos principalmente de papa, nada que ver con los pastelitos andinos venezolanos auténticos. Las empanadas de queso, la mayor decpcion. La descripcion del producto indica que son a basede harina de trigo, sin embargo, en la foto parecen de haina de maiz. Estan hechos de harina de trigo y no son muy buenas, en el queso se siente el sabor del aceite.

Shredded Chicken Pastelito [Crispy Meat Pie]is filled with yummy chicken. Would recommend. Arepas are authentic and on point

Best cachapas and patacones in NYC. The green sauce is delicious and the options for mixed ingredients are huge. There's a reason they have multiple locations.
