Patas Azules surprises me every single time. I don't eat out often, but whenever I order from them, the food is consistently outstanding.
The Patacón Deluxe is absolutely incredible, the ingredients taste fresh, the portions are generous, the flavors are balanced, authentic, and unlike anything else in Rapid City. Every meal feels like it was made specifically for you.

I don't know how they make the Ceviche (Fresh Catch - Shrimp) but took me straight to the beach in just one bite. So fresh, so flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Definitely one of the best ceviches I've ever had!
