Paulie Gee’s: Pizza So Good It Should Have a Crown
Let me tell you about the ZADDY I ordered at Paulie Gee’s because this pizza deserves a standing ovation. Honestly, I don’t even know if I ate it or if it ascended directly into my soul.
Here’s the breakdown:
Mozzarella: Creamy, gooey, stretchy goodness. Like a warm hug from an Italian grandmother I didn’t know I needed.
Pepperoni: Spicy little circles of joy that crisped up perfectly. Every bite was like a tiny party on my tongue, and everyone was invited.
Bacon Jam: Whoever thought to put bacon in jam form deserves a Nobel Prize. It’s sweet, it’s smoky, it’s everything right in the world. I would smear this on toast, pancakes, or my bank statements.
Ricotta: Light, fluffy clouds of cheese. I think angels wept while it was made.
Basil: A refreshing little pop of green that says, “Hey, this is healthy! (Right?)”
Parmigiano Reggiano: The fancy cheese that makes me feel like I should be eating this pizza in a tuxedo.
Mike’s Hot Honey: The game-changer. A drizzle of this magical elixir turned the pizza into a symphony of spicy, sweet, and savory flavors. I’m pretty sure it cured my seasonal depression.
This pizza isn’t just food—it’s a lifestyle choice. Paulie Gee’s doesn’t make pizza; they craft edible works of art that remind you why life is worth living.
Would I recommend? Absolutely. Would I order again? Already did. The ZADDY is king, and I’m just here to bow down.

This pizza with vegan cheese and non vegan pepperoni was delicious. Really delicious. I just wish drivers would use the hot bag-especially when delivering this style of pizza . It would also be great if drivers would read delivery instructions instead of just calling with no clue. I ordered while I was at work and from a place with a GIANT neon sign and asked for the pizza to be left at the counter. Driver was so confused that I had to leave work and meet him in the parking lot, under the giant neon sign.
Thankfully that was one giant and delicious pizza, with crispy pepperoni to boot ,

I paid for half n half ... they really gave me 70% of the cheaper ingredients & 30% of my pricey ingredients..... slices were horrible. I usually love their pizza but today the quality seemed very rushed. It wasn't as fresh plus I seen another order was being dropped off so maybe that's the reason. But the overall quality outside of being cold wasn't how it usually is. & I don't mind heating up GOOD QUALITY pizza.

Build your own pizza is very delicious. Went with roasted red pep, carmelized onions, Italian sausage, balsamic glaze, ricotta dollops, and parmigiana regiano. Absolutely delicious pie with great crust.
