I was only going to order Stracciatella but I had to try the Paulo Chocolate 75% and Burnt Butter Vanilla. All of them are perfection! So flavorful and each so different that I couldn't choose a favorite! I will say, if you love deep dark intense chocolate, you need the Paulo Chocolate 75%! Of course, along with a scoop of Burnt Butter Vanilla, my tastebuds and I were in heaven!

I had Paulos once and had been craving this ever since. Didnt know how it would be one it arrived but it was so smooth and the right temperature from delivery. They packaged it so nicely in a really nice container that keeps it chill longer. The Pistachio has to be my favorite flavor. It is the right amount of sweet and salty and is so velvety. Highly recommend.

Amazing. Artisanal fresh and feels like your in Italy. If you want to feel great and also consume the highest quality in Chicago look no further than Paulo!

The best gelato in the city hands down! But for delivery, they need to package this better to keep it cold. Got mine and it was almost all the way melted. Can I suggest small cold friendly bags? :)
