I ordered a drink and it was ready pretty quickly. they change the cups and the lids from the last time I went in November. I'm not sure if they didn't put the lid on tight enough or the paper in between the lid and the cup made the lid slippery enough that it didn't take much effort to pop off. I ended up spilling some of it because the lid popped off, so I recommend double checking the lid is tight. Metal Buddha Oolong Milk Tea (Tieguanyin) is my go too andis yummy.
