Had the pork belly ramen. And always it never disappoints. Along with everything I've had always fantastic. Great flavor, made from scratch, and filling. Always a favorite in our house.

This was a complete disaster. The ramen broth is certainly not made in house. The overwhelming saltiness leads me to believe its just a bunch of bullion cubes boiled and reduced down. The volume of scallions was absurd, every fork-full tasted as if I was bighting into an onion. The pulled pork was excellent. The poached eggs were done to perfection.
This restaurant has the skills, but seems to cut corners to save a few bucks. The ramen noodles were in a solidified mass. Simply tossing them in a few drops of oil is a very simple solution to this.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. The laziness in the basics simply took over the pulled pork and eggs.
