I just tried Pedro's Taco & Tequila bar for the first time so I went with The Taco Salad & it did NOT disappoint. I love it. The shell was so flacky the chicken was seasoned just right. The guacamole was perfect I'll definitely be eating here again.

We were traveling through area and saw how others rated... 4-5 stars. We ordered to go and the order was ready as predicted. The outside of the establishment looks ok but the inside is SO clean. The food was delicious. Street Tacos were overloaded with chicken and the green sauce added just enough heat and spice. Will definitely eat here again!

Tamales Dinner. they were unfortnately quite dry, and 2 of 3 were overcooked to be chewy. The flavor was pretty decent, but dry with no sauce couldn't be overcome. The Charro Bean Soup with it was actually spectacular! I could make a meal of just that!
Happy Plate the trio of grilled meats were tender and flavorful. Had hoped for a bit more fries under it ... aboitna McDonalds medium fries worth. Well designed dish, though.

the grilled chicken Quesadilla Plate has been sub par the last few times. The chicken has been dry and little to no cheese. They plate it with the beans and rice, so when it's delivered the quesadilla is soggy and mushy from sitting in the beans.

Didn't receive cheese sauce and was only 2 small pieces of steak not what usually comes on this very small portion rice was hard and sticking together
