The Iced Lemon Loaf was disappointing as it looks like I got the end pie of the loaf and it isn't what it looks like in the photo. As for the Iced Matcha Latte, all I can taste is mostly milk and a hint of matcha. I order this drink frequently and I'm not sure what happened.

A barista cutting corners. One mocha was bland (not enough milk or mocha, just water) and other was a half a cup full of foam. WTH

I have ordered an Extra Hot American Flat White about 6 times recently. Only one time did it come extra hot. Why don't the baristas take the time to read the entire order? I'm going to try one more time to give them a chance. If not, it's back to Starbucks.
