The Mongolian Steak is amazing! They really went above and beyond with the presentation of the food! There were fresh orange slices nicely placed on my Orange Chicken! I had a horrible day at work but you guys made it so much better! Thank you!

The meals appeared hastily tossed together as if held warm under a heat lamp or something. Not freshly cooked definitely. There was rice enough for 2 but protein enough for 1 in the meals. Disappointing lunch. Appearance poor, presentation poor, taste fair. We had the bourbon chicken, firecracker chicken and the Mongolian beef. The firecracker chicken is described as spicy, it is not, not even a hint of spiciness! The best part of this October Flavor Pack special was the white rice. I will give Pei Wei a rest.

Food must have been cooked since yesterday at least, smooshed rice like overcooked and old, missing the protein choice that I ordered on top of it all. Kids meal was 90%rice 10%portion of chicken. I used to like this place now it's just horrible,

Chicken pad Thai was very tasty but very, very spicy. In fact, it was one of the hottest/spiciest meals that I've ever had, and I would have preferred it a bit milder.

I never leave negative reviews but for the first time in being a customer of Pei Wei, this time it was awful. The beef in the Mongolian Steak was chewy and mushy, uneatable. And the Chicken Pad Thai tasted so awkward, its taste was so off from what has always been that was uneatable too. The only good item was the Chicken Dumplings. Shame on you Pei Wei, this time you lost my whole family as customers.
