Usually never have an issue. Cheesesteak barely had any meat or cheese on it and fries were so over cooked and burnt that they were inedible.

First time ordering Founders Special and it was fire! So good, already craving my next order. The bread was fresh and the meat was a generous amount as well.

Ordered a large fry (they typically overload the fries) it didn't even fill the cup, and the fries weren't cooked all the way. The cheese on the cheese bread and chicken parm wasn't melted. Poor quality on the majority of my order. Will never order again.

The fresh cut fries were laying in the bottom of the bag… Nice and greasy. The food is good, but I didn't want to have to clean up a mess before I could eat it. There's a reason the fries are in a container. Try to keep it upright!!!

22 dollars for a 6 inch sub, that's more than 3 dollars an inch!!!
