4 times I've gotten incorrect items on my sandwich. None of the employees read what you don't want on it. So be prepared to throw it away if you're allergic to anything. Plus our turkey sandwich looked like it was drowned in mayo

The taste was bland. The food was under cooked. The steak was fatty and had bone in it. The bread wasn't cooked all the way through. And it was far from fresh.

Nasty ' uncooked bread and meat . Loaded with mayo and grilled onions that are not grilled . I got my money back

The only thing I would change is having the option to get extra sauces on the side. Their honey mustard is my favorite.
