We love the sandwiches and fries at Penn Station. However, for more than $20 per sandwich, I would've expected a bit more neat on my turkey provolone sandwich. It was mostly lettuce and tomato with a little bit of cheese and a little bit of turkey. However, the flavor is wonderful. The french fries were OK, but I feel like the grease was old and they did not taste as fresh as usual.

Everything is always consistently delicious. I saw a review that said the fries were greasy. They have never been greasy and are perfect! We love Penn Station food!

This was the worst order I've ever received. The salad wasn't complete or grilled as ordered, only a small tub of dressing that wasn't full and the fries were old and burnt. They didn't include the drink. A $14 salad shouldn't look like this. Never again.

The fries were almost burned and the sandwiches were cold inside. I've had the same sandwich many times but lately they are almost inedible. Not sure what changed.
