There were only two slices of corn beef on the sandwich. The meat was overcooked The bulk of the sandwich was filled with at least an inch or more of sauerkraut. There was almost 1000 island idressing on the sandwich. I ordered fries as well and they were pretty much overcooked gave most of it to the dogs. My daughter used to work there so I'm well aware of how everything should've been. Very disappointed in what I paid for.

Normally I get good food here.
Today was horrible.
Poorly made, half cooked, very little meat at all.
Had I wanted a cold lettuce, tomato sandwich I would have ordered one.
2 large Italian were garbage.
I won't order here again.

I send food daily Monday through Friday to my husband in different states out of town, tonight's penn station almost $30 should've been a large sandwich and I only got a medium. It also was supposed to have banana peppers, mushrooms, meat and cheese and it had no banana peppers.

Payed extra for double meat and I got barely any meat at all. One side of the sandwhich was almost nothing. After up charging me like 3$. And I still didnt even have a normal serving of the steak. This was the Cheesesteak btw. Horrible and it was soggy to which is understandable. But the up charge without even getting what was asked for. And honestly less than that.

the fries were half burnt, the Cheesesteak was disgusting and barely had any cheese on it. directions were not followed. no green peppers and had provolone when american was ordered. Fresh-Cut Fries
