The Chicken Teriyaki is my go-to order every time. The chicken itself is very high quality (no tendons, sinew, dark meat, etc) and the porton size is perfect. It's the closest to the Teriyaki subs you can get in China Town/legit Asian sub shops that I've found in the Knoxville area. I'm not the biggest fan of their Fresh-Cut Fries , though I know a lot of peole are, they're just too had and inconsistent for my taste. Oh, and the Cheesebread is also really delicious. Simple... but nonetheless tasty.

I honestly expected way better. Won't get this again. My large share fry was overcooked tiny Fresh-Cut Fries and only half the container was full and the Classic Grilled Italian had the worst flavor and what felt like a half cup of salt. I'll just get subway from now on, my kids gave it to the dog... wasted $40

I had the create your own grilled Dagwood and it was top notch. Bread was like a French baguette. Fries are so so good. Comparable to Five Guys. And one of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever eaten. Trust me, get the cookie.

Our fries were more than half empty and we paid $9 for them. It looks like the bag was opened. Cheesesteak was fine, seems like dasher ate our fries

The food is delicious, BUT I do wish they'd actually add the "extras" I pay for (which btw are not cheap). I have ordered in person at the store a lot and therefore know what portions to expect when you pay for "extra cheese" or "double teriyaki sauce." I kind of wish I didn't crave the Chicken Teriyaki so much, that way I could stick to buying in person, but obviously, it doesn't bother me to the point of giving a horrible review or not ordering again. I would, however, suggest just sticking to how the sandwich comes instead of blowing money on extras you won't get.
