Penn Station used to fill up the fry cups and then pour a lot of extra fries in the bag. not anymore. now they barely put any fries in the cup and as they cool off on the way to you, you're lucky if there is half a cup of fries. this is a major rip off since you pay 7.00 for a medium fry and you end up with the equivalent of a small fry. I ordered lite cheese on my Cheesebread which should be around 3 pieces of cheese and I ordered extra parmesan. I couldn't taste any parmesan at all and there was so little cheese it was almost nonexistent as well as the pizza sauce. I ordered extra sauce but there was less than normal sauce on it. the whole thing had nothing at all on the ends and practically nothing on it at all. Penn Station used to be amazing. it has gone so far down hill that they might as well just close. it costs a fortune for a little of nothing. what a shame.

Grilled Classic Italian was very warm and tasty. could've use bit more oil and meat was little short but still very delicious. the BLT was very good and bacon was just right amount. Half Gallon Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade was such great treat and can tasting the lemons for sure not too sweet but not too tart just right! glad I bought the bigger size. I wasn't aware the fries weren't included with sandwiches so next time adding those separately bc they don't coming with.

It was supposed to be a cold sandwich but was obviously heated up since the cheese was melted. Barely any ingredients like lettuce or onions as seen in the picture. For almost $15 I should be ecstatic waiting to dig in. Sandwich wasnt worth $5.

$26 for a sandwich with hardly anything on it, not to mention the bread was super doughy, and fries that tasted like they sat under a gas station heat lamp for a day. Underwhelming to say the least.

the cheesecakes were great however the Fresh-Cut Fries were not. we ordered a large. the co trainer was only 2/3rds full . No extra fries in the bag. the French fires also weren't cooked all the way. So the ones that we did eat weren't very good. WA a bummer as the fries are my son's favorite thing.
