This particular penn station rocks. today I ordered the Cheesesteak . And Fresh-Cut Fries , and both were amazing.The fries were hot and fresh. The staff at this restaurant absolutely pleasant. The food was prepared in a timely manner. Kudos to your staff.

Fries were ice cold and I arrived 8 minutes after submitting the order. There were multiple orders sitting on the counter ready to go but not handed out, my Philly steak was completely dry, Luke warm, and heavily small portioned compared to previous experiences

I usually love Penn Station, especially the Canton location. it’s always top tier. But this time was disappointing. The sweet tea had no sweetness at all (which is my favorite part!), and the fries didn’t taste the same. The sandwich was still good, but overall it just didn’t hit like it usually does. I was really looking forward to it, so I’m a little mad 😭

Wonderful sandwich! Can't say enough good things about it! Tasty to the last bite. Crunchy bun. So happy that you are there for those of us who can't get out.
