Chicken Philly was phenomenal, Reuben was also really good. Fresh-Cut Fries were exactly as described and the portion was generous. Definitely ordering again.

Being such a fan of Cheese Steaks.. The Penn Station in Springfield has to be the best with Huber following.. The amount of the ingredients you get in the Springfield Penn is insane compared to Huber.. But you still get the flavor of the Hellmans Mayo with the cheese and steak as you do in all locations..

The hand cut fries were obviously left overs refried ..they were not fresh and very burnt aan over cooked.sandwich had some oil/vinegaron it whichI requested NO oil/vinegar on sandwich...Definitely Penn Station In Huber Heights Failed again on quality, taste and freshness on my order

Both sandwiches were very goo!!! Unfortunately y'all do not have the option for extra condiments which is needed as far as we and our friends are concerned. We like and appreciate the opportunity of being able to get extra condiments, extra sauces, etc. It would be amazing actually!!! (Unfortunately it is not the easiest to be able to reach the dashers in time to ask them to ask y'all for them....)
This order the sandwich wraps possibly caused a lot of moisture in the (1) bag and the bag ripped open on the bottom when the poor DoorDasher was trying to deliver our order to us.... so it was a little bit of a mess today unfortunately as well as I feel/felt sorry for our Dasher, he felt it was his place to apologize to us. Again our sandwich's are good as usual!!! Please either open the options up for customers to be able to make requests or add options for extra condiments and sauces in addition to what you put on the sandwich at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE AS YOU DO IN STORES/RESTAURANTS PLEASE!!!
Also would please add several extra, extra napkins with each sandwich especially when y'all know that you're sandwiches and gooey, messy, yummy and good!!! We as customers do not mind to pay y'alls
$$$ (as y'all know because we all as well as everyone always has for years due to your ONE OF A KIND quality sandwiches for years that are VERY UNIQUE AND DISTINCTLY PENN STATION..... especially when ordering for delivery to our homes, etc. as long as we are able to have the same options as we do as when we are in y'alls stores/restaurants!!! Thanks bunches

Order was correct, food was still warm, good flavor and value, nice to see a sub place still put a good amount of meat on a sandwich, will definitely order again
