The chicken was overcooked and dry. There was no teriyaki flavor in the chicken teriyaki. I'm very disappointed that I will spent that much money on the sandwich, be cabecause I couldn't eat it.This is tthe first time I have ever not enjoyed my meal from here.

They literally put two pieces of steak on the Cheesesteak sandwich. Two, bite-sized pieces on one half of the sandwich. I know I ordered a snack size, but the ingredients should still fill the sandwich. The rest of the food was actually okay, but seriously two small pieces of meat on a Cheesesteak sandwich is insane.

I love this place...but this is the second time the fries have been messed up. Last time no fries; this time the large was only half full and they were barely cooked. Consistency is key.
