Penny's in the Village is an absolute gem, and the Mango Duck is easily one of the best dishes I’ve ever had! The duck is perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—and the mango sauce adds just the right balance of sweetness and tang. Every bite is packed with flavor, and the presentation is just as impressive as the taste. If you haven’t tried the Mango Duck yet, you’re seriously missing out.

Basil Fried Rice didn't have nearly as much flavor as usual and the portion size wasn't nearly as generous. Similarly, the Laab Salad (w/chicken) was so mild that there wasn't any heat, whereas the last time when I ordered it Medium, it was sooo hot that it literally was inedible. Consistency was a big issue with this order. Disappointed ...

Everything was good, but the Large Dumpling Soup is the best dumpling soup I've ever had. Clean, fresh, and flavorful. Very filling. Excellent
The Curry Puff are definitely worth a try as well, not what I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Pennys is truly always fantastic food. It travels well, the chicken stir fry dish is unreal. Love it everytime. Appreciate the Penny's team/cooks, thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

Have ordered before - usually great. The curry comes with a side of rice, it was the smallest portion of rice ever this time. Barely any veggies in the curry as well. Seems like they are skimping. Veggie dumplings were very soggy. Rangoons were good.
