Torta De Birria was spicy but delicious ! And the Birria Taco (1 Pc) was really good too! I like the tortilla I can be very picky with totillas lol and the consomé brought the best flavor to both of them !

I have had a lot birria before, but this place might take the cake for the best in Austin. I eat a lot so I get 5 (I know lol dont judge me) but the flavor of the meat and consumé is excellent. Def a great late night meal as well.

Got the Birria Torta and it was astounding. We were looking for a place to grab before heading back home to San Antonio and being hungry we looked for a late night food truck. A very simple food truck, with a very simple but short menu packed with flavor, knowing the meat is made over time to serve awaiting customers. Absolutely delicius, the meat was tender with generous portions, the taco combo was inhaled by the little one who immediately commented that the birria meat was phenomenal, left no traces of food but had a happy belly. I have no complaints at all about this place. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good meal. I would have posted photos but I was too hungry.

I have ordered from this place multiple times bc they (imo) make the best birria tacos near UT. Theyre so juicy and put an amazing amount of cheese. And the consome is fire. I have ordered at least 7 times already and my order is always spot on. I always ask for no onions or cilantro. But this time, they put both on there. Im not allergic or anything, but if I was, this could have been a huge issue. So please, read the instructions carefully. I would hate to see this company leave bc its my go to.

The tacos here are so good and the consome is soooooo incredible. This is my favorite place for birria. To top off the incredible quality, the prices are fantastic for the portions.
