The food was good, but the salad hardly had any lettuce in it. I called and they said they are doing more portion control. if that's the case, you would think they would do that on the toppings, not the lettuce in a salad. looked more like a steak bowl than a salad. Also delivered with the salad dressing on it, making the few lettuce leaves soggy

I won't order from here again. the cheese fries had no cheese on them.
the freshness: my fries, cheese curds, and jalapeno poppers were all stuck together and burned. these items were served as one portion -they were either left in the fryer too long or sitting in a warmer and thrown back into the fryer to heat them for packaging (the dogs were not even interested in them).
I requested mushrooms on my cheese steak and there were none. the cheese steak was dry. the cheese was hidden on the roll. the roll was even tasteless - you can get a better roll at the grocery store.
the requested dipping sauces were also missing.
the portions for the cheese curds and the French fries were smaller than average.

The STEAK PHILLY was super salty and dry. Did not order banana peppers but were put on it anyway. No fresh onion on it as ordered either. Contents of the bag were wet. Fries were cold and soggy. If you're looking for a good Philly, this place isn't it. Food was overall pretty terrible.

As a truck driver who has got a Philly steak from Pennsylvania this put that sandwich to shame...BestsSTEAK PHILLY I've had in my travels
