• 1/10/23I've been meaning to visit Perry's Steakhouse for quite some time, being a foodie and all, but a couple of reviews on here gave me pause. I just had back surgery and can not get about the kitchen as I'd like to therefore I said I'd try Perry's Steakhouse. Afterall, my name is Perry too.
I know what the review shows however I was given the family name which Im proud of, NOW. It always sounded so masculine growing up. I digress. I ordered the $45 special with the new york strip(+$21), medium, grilled asparagus, whipped potatoes, wedge salad, seafood stuffed mushrooms(fried), and the creme brûlée.
Oh my! It was the BEST!
EVERYTHING was outstanding. The seasoning on the steak was amazing! The dressing for the salad was delightful. The seafood mushrooms-fried was delectable. I wanted more the next day. I would love to try the broiled ones, but the fried ones were so delicious. The asparagus had just enough char. The creme brûlée was heavenly(raised in Louisiana). I can not wait to heal so that I can dine in table side. There are so many other entrees/sides that I'd like to taste. I thoroughly enjoyed my food. You will be so glad to order from Perry's Steakhouse. Love and Light.

• 11/11/23The Filet Mignon* | GF, DFM was SUPER dry.. super disappointing especially for as much as you pay. The 3 sauces that come with, the beraniase sauce was just "ok", definitely have had way better tasting, (& I was SO excited for this steak w beraniase (sp?) sauce!) the other 2 sauces were not my cup of tea. Had the Loaded Whipped Potatoes | GF which I loved the amount/big serving! It was good.. wish I could had told them to leave off toppings or an option for just mashed potatos (maybe I just couldn't find this option??). But the desserts were wonderful! Creme Brulee and Lemon Bar | VE, DF . Def recommend desserts!! Will prob not try again, unless I have an urge to try another main dish!

• 6/20/26Both the redfish and wild red snapper were overcooked and so dried out that we needed a knife to cut through them. The salads were good. The lobster bisque was fine. But the French onion soup was pathetic: soggy pieces of bread floating around, one large hard mass of melted cheese that you needed a knife to cut through, and a large dinner roll that was not anything special. The mashed potatoes were green, instead of having chives in them.
Will not order from Perry's again. We've dined in, and they were great.

• 4/14/22the Ribeye steak was overcooked and tough, the chargrilled veggies weren't chargrilled or cooked through. the only thing decent for $100 were the loaded mashed potatoes.

• 5/16/24I'm normally over the moon for this place and I do order take out from here a decent amount as well as dine in. This time, I'm just not thrilled. Sir f & Turf Pasta* | DFM was pretty bland, tasted like noodles with tomatoes and the steak didnt have much flavor either. Kind of a bummer for a $50 dish.
