First time ever trying from this restaurant! It's definitely 9/10!! Could've been more sauce but it's really good and tasty! Taste very fresh! Definitely would order again!

love the Bucatini All’Amatriciana, but it’s consistently overloaded with onions and skimps on the guanciale. Today I counted only five tiny pieces of guanciale. The excessive amount of onion really ruins an otherwise excellent dish.

This guanciale pasta was quite tasty! The guanciale added a nice smokiness to the sauce and the pasta was cooked perfectly. We enjoyed that dish very much... it reminded us of italy! Perusia uses quality ingredients in regard tomatoes/sauce and cheese and meats However the Pizza crust wasnt great. A little too thick and stiff and perhaps not so flavorful as say S. Egidio dough. If they can work on that this would be the best pizza and pasta in the area! Also pls add a mortadella/ pistachio pizza to the menu pls too :-)

The pizza was good although it was not a true Margherita Pizza. It was a standard cheese pizza with 3 or 4 pieces of basil. Chicken Wings were great size . The deep fried breading may be a plus to some, but we did not prefer this. They were tasty though.

Cheap ingredients and hard as a rock Napoli Pizza and Margherita Pizza (Plain). were just regular pies, not true Neapolitan/Margherita style, no full mozarella slices and just a few basil leaves ontop.
