Peter Chang used to cook for the Chinese embassy and his food tastes authentic and amazing. I recommend the fish in hot chili sauce (a very large and hearty dish), double cooked pork, and the mapo tofu: the holy trinity of Sichuan fare. Their lunch specials come with soup and are well-proportioned and delicious.
Note: the scallion bubble pancakes don't super well -- when packaged for delivery and they such lose the fabulous shape you see in pictures. I don't mind since the taste is still great, but just be aware that the scallion bubble pancakes will deflate after the journey.

Absolutely nothing special about this food. You dont get any rice. It's extra, I guess. Golden Mountain Chicken could use more flavor. Sesame Noodles arent cold like I expected. Also small portion. Veggie Spring Veggie Spring Rolls are good but very small portion. Amazed it's $4.ive had MUCH better food elsewhere.

I usually love Peter Chang's but this time the menu was limited and the food was not that good. The lamb was overpriced and tasted old. The spring rolls were really small and Luke warm. I will not be ordering again.

Fantastic green beans and Green Beans and Pork subbed for chicken! We loved it. So glad I found this dish. Really great soup Pork Soup Dumplings. Like Chinatown NYC

I really am sad to say this was the absolute worst Chinese food I've ever had. The sesame chicken was orange, overly battered and dry. It was in minimal sauce. The white rice was OK and the veggie spring rolls were bland. Bummed I paid nearly $70 for this in total.
