Very disappointed in my first PF change experience! Aside from the few modifications that I made that were not followed (IE no bean sprouts, etc.) it was just NOT great food. The ribs were tough and sauce was terrible, the rice was so bland. The one positive is that the portions were big but for the price that I paid, I wanted great food. Both chicken dishes were decent but I could have gotten similar things at other restaurants for WAY cheaper.

We get PF Changs a LOT. This was by far the worst food we ever ordered. The chicken in the hot & sour soup was soooo dry and gross. There was hardy any mushroom, not a single bamboo shoot. The street noodles were also extremely dry and hard to swallow. The Orange chicken did not taste right. Such a waste of money.

I was craving Chinese food for my birthday dinner so I figured I'd try something new since I've never had P.F. Chang's before. I thought it would be extra special since it's double the price of most Chinese restaurants. I was disappointed though, with the small serving size and the taste and texture of the egg rolls were so weird, I couldn't eat them. I ended up ordering egg rolls from another restaurant.

I don't think they know how to cook their own recipes, pretty sure this is just boiled meat and broccoli in waters there's literally zero flavor to the sauce, doesn't even taste like it has salt.
I've gotten this dish at many other PF Changs and it's never been this bad.
